Site visit & brief
We walk the space with you, take our own measurements, and listen to what the project actually needs to achieve — budget range and constraints discussed openly from the first conversation.
Scope & quotation
An itemised quotation follows, with what drives each cost explained before the number is presented — no lump sums you have to take on faith.
Contract & milestone schedule
Scope, timeline, and payment milestones are set out in a single contract. Payment follows progress you can see on site, not a schedule set unilaterally by us.
Execution & site management
A founder oversees scheduling and coordination between trades on site, with regular progress updates in Arabic and English so nothing is lost between what was agreed and what's being built.
The ORVEN Standard inspection
Before anything is presented as complete, it's measured against our documented checklist — alignment, joints and seams, hardware fit, finish consistency.
Handover
A joint walk-through, a handover pack with warranty and material information, and a founder still reachable after the keys change hands.
Timelines & delays
If a stage falls behind, we communicate it early, explain the reason, and provide a clear revised timeline. Progress is reported honestly and proactively, so you always know where the project stands and what happens next.
